چکیده
Assessing C-reactive protein concentration in lung TB as a predictor of sputum conversion and identifying the link active Serum-C severity disease. Newly diagnosed tuberculosis patients age group & gender compared to healthy people control group. A high-dose experimental test C-ELISA was used measure Serum-C-reactive protein. ANOVA t tests have been determine mathematical significance. In with AFB positive, levels were significantly higher AFB3 + (63.12 ± 11.21) AFB2 (36.25 7.42), AFB1 (14.26 3.12) 7.23 (7.23 patients) 7.23) 2.19). level should better understand disease which plays key role diagnosing determining clinical outcome

Relationship between the expression of miR137 in the serum of patients with metastatic lung cancer
Background: Micro-Ribonocellic Acids (miRNA) are non-coding nucleic acids that are evolutionally protected and have a length of 24-20 nucleotides. MiRNAs control the expression of genes after transcription by mRNA degradation or translation inhibition. By blocking the oncogenic miRNAs and creating the necessary and functional miRNAs (tumor suppressor), these small regulatory RNAs can have thera...

Association between serum CRP concentrations with dietary intake in healthy and dyslipidaemic patients.
Serum CRP concentrations are elevated in subjects at risk of coronary events and in subjects with metabolic syndrome. Although dietary fat and antioxidants are known for their immune-modulating actions, their reported effects on CRP concentrations have been inconsistent. In the present study we have investigated whether dietary constituents are associated with serum CRP concentrations in health...
متن کاملCharacteristics of Patients with Smear-Negative Pulmonary Tuberculosis (TB) in a Region with High TB and HIV Prevalence
INTRODUCTION Smear-negative pulmonary TB (SNPT) represents 30-60% of all pulmonary TB cases. The mortality of these patients can reach 25% in populations with high prevalence of HIV infection, and 10-20% of TB transmission at the population level are attributable to SNPT cases. METHODS We conducted a retrospective study to evaluate epidemiological, clinical, and radiological characteristics o...
متن کاملAssociation of conversion & cure with initial smear grading among new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients treated with Category I regimen.
BACKGROUND & OBJECTIVES Early diagnosis of tuberculosis (TB) is important for initiating treatment to gain cure. The present investigation was undertaken to study the association of conversion and cure with initial smear grading among pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients registered in a directly observed treatment - short course (DOTS) programme in Tiruvallur district, south India. METHODS Al...
